Year of the horse 2026

While heading into 2026 the Year of the Horse, PA Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of three distinguished international leaders—Adriana Grimaldi, Joaquin Tam, and Dr. Huang Dong—to support the Foundation’s strategic development and global initiatives as it enters a new phase of growth and impact.

Adriana Grimaldi, an intercultural advisor and Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, brings more than 30 years of international experience across Europe and China. Having spent over two decades in Shanghai fostering cultural, institutional, and philanthropic partnerships, she has played a key role in advancing intercultural dialogue and heritage preservation initiatives. Her continued commitment to cultural cooperation aligns closely with the Foundation’s mission to promote international collaboration and safeguard cultural heritage.

Dr. Huang Dong, a Chinese descent German citizen who is computer scientist and former Chief Technology Officer of TerraIT Group and Research Scientist at Siemens AG, contributes more than two decades of expertise in advanced digital technologies, including digital twin systems, geospatial platforms, and artificial intelligence. His experience in translating advanced research into scalable industrial and heritage applications will support the Foundation’s innovation-driven programs.

Joaquin Tam joins the Foundation with over 30 years of global executive leadership experience across multinational corporations including ExxonMobil, Dow, and Bureau Veritas, and most recently as CEO of The Football Association of Hong Kong, China. He brings deep expertise in strategic transformation, governance, and international organizational leadership, having led complex global operations and major growth initiatives across Asia and worldwide.

Together, these appointments reflect the PA Foundation’s commitment to strengthening its international governance, technological capabilities, and cultural diplomacy. The Foundation looks forward to benefiting from their collective expertise as it expands its global partnerships and advances initiatives dedicated to cultural preservation, technological innovation, and international collaboration.
